Rental duration only begins when you receive the items, and collection will be a day after the rental ends, i.e. if games were received on 19th for a 3 day rental, pickup will be on the 22nd, and we will Whatsapp you a day before to remind you.

Detailed instructions will be inside the shipped box with the games.

In summary, keep the cardboard packaging box that is sent to you, and inside there will be a pre-paid shipping label (ie Ninjavan, Teleport).

Once the rental duration is up, simply paste the label onto the box, replacing the original, re-seal it with the adhesive tape provided and the courier will collect it before 6pm on collection day to deliver back to us.

Alternatively, you may also decide to extend your rental, please feel free to Whatsapp us to let us know accordingly.

We charge a fixed deposit roughly based on the value of the games. Upon games being returned promptly, we will inspect and ensure the quality of the games are the same as when we shipped it out. Once confirmed, we will refund the deposit typically within 5-7 working days.

While we do our best to ensure our games are thoroughly checked through and free from major issues, sometimes we may miss out. In these situations please take pictures of the defects when you receive the games, to prove they were received in poor condition already. This ensures we do not erroneously deduct from the deposit when we get the game back in less-than-perfect condition.

Depending on number of players, typically for the 3 game bundle we recommend to get two simple party or family/ simple strategy games to get started, and also another more complicated deduction or strategy game to have longer and more immersive gameplay.
